So here we go again.
With the 2016-20 rebuld, im also taking the opportunity to update my wiring for all my accessories. So ive made a new panel, to go with some new switches. IM also simplifying some things. For ewxample: i dont need a switch to turn on the OBA. Its engine driven. the truck needs to be running. So im supplying it with a key-hot for the system, that way its engaged automatically when the truck is running. If i have an issue with the system i can always unplug the clutch to disable it, but ive yet to have a failure, and ive always had it on when the truck is running anyway so this simplifies it. Im also using a key hot for the electric fan. This time it will have a proper fan controller, not just a key hot, so no need for me to regulate it myself.
So that frees up some room for in-dash winch control, over on the right. The LED is feedback from the fan controller to tell me if its on, what speed, etc.
