So here we go, the second time im going to put a body on my frame. This time ive decided to go back to a bronco body. The p/u body was nice, but there wasnt much room in the cab, and i definitely couldve done a few things a little better. Live and learn i guess. So this time it's going to be a much slower, but hopefully much better, rebuild. I have a slow painful build thread you can follow over on FSB located here. 1-28: disassebly of donor truck 29-45: prep underside of new tub 46-74: disassembling the bronco! 75-76: gross hard top 77-97: frame repair & changes 98-149: front clip + fender chop 150-183: new wheel wells 184-216: rust repair & paint prep 217-232: bondo & primer 233-255: hard top refresh 256-263: back from paint 264-268: final install of bumpers 269-278: HNR + bedliner in interior 281-284: racing stripes 285-???: reassembly begins! 297-302: LED taillights 303-305: blacked out badges 306-334: dashboard + wiring harness 335-336: coolers & filters 337-344: rear interior 346-351: remote oil filter 352-355: more wiring harness install 356-364: installing kick panel vents 365-378: CB installv 381-382: more remote oil filter pics 383-388: battery + cables; truck runs! 389-391: windshield + trim 392-394: interior 395-411: drivetrain rebuild 412-421: finishing exhaust 422-447: building doors 448-449: new horn 450-451: replacing wiper motor, w/o removing cowl/hood 452-458: finding daylight! |
