This is a Warn M12000 i bought used, it originally came off of a Ram Powerwagon. It has some interesting differences- it has a weird handle (that was already cut down before i bought it), the cable spools off the top of the drum instead of the bottom, and most importantly, it has all the same internals as the M15000, including the bigger planetary, which, for all intents & purposes makes it rate for 15k not 12k! It also came with the larger 7/16 cable and hook that comes on the M15000.
